How to get rid of bloating!

1. Before going to bed, drink a warm cup of rooibos, green, peppermint or herbal tee.

2. When you wake up, make yourself an 8 oz. glass of water, and squeeze in half a lemon (It might be a bit sour in the beginning, but you will get used to it, and actually start enjoying the drink) You can also add some cucumber or ginger if you like to :D

3. Eat as healthy as you can, and try to avoid sugar, dairy and wheat. (Fizzy drinks are extremely bad for you and make you bloat up like a balloon!) These foods are the most common foods that cause bloating. Instead, eat a lot of fruits, veggies and meat. :)

5 Studying Tips

Are you struggling to study properly for a test and achieve great marks in school? Here are a few helpful tips to help you study and memorize things better! :-)

1.Find a quiet place, where you feel comfortable and won't be distracted by anything.

2.Switch off your phone and any other electronics, that might distract you.

3.Try to study a little bit everyday instead of trying to remember everything the night before your exam. This way, you'll be continually reviewing things in your mind, which will help you memorize everything you need to learn way better.

4.Take breaks of studying! Working too long on a task can actually decrease your performance. When taking a break, do some physical activity and eat something, to get your blood flowing and your sugar level up! :D

5.Make sure, to revise what you have studied just before you go to sleep, because that is the time, when your brain remembers everything the best.
